All rates quoted and listed are for Single or Double Occupancy (one or two guests) in a room; a charge of $10.00 per night or $50.00 per week will apply to each additional guest. Children 2 years and older are considered additional Guests. Guests and Visitors are all required to check-in at the front office. All rooms at the Ocean Inn are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard and all adjacent outdoor areas. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be applied to any guest account paid by credit card if, following checkout, if it has been determined by Ocean Inn Management that smoking has occurred in any guest room. Cash paid stays may be required to pay a $150.00 security deposit when checking in. Parking Off-Street Parking is subject to availability and to a fee of $10/night. Please reserve your space in advance. The Ocean Inn is not responsible for damages, theft, parking tickets or towing fees. If you request a specific room we will make every effort accommodate your request. However we do reserve the right to move rooms. If we are unable to accommodate your requested room you will have a comparable room or given a complimentary upgrade. A deposit of one-third (1/3)* of the total amount due or a minimum of a one night stay is required to confirm your reservation. The the balance is due at the time of check in. Exceptions may include but are not limited to: Christmas, New Years, Independence Day or Other Special Event periods. These Holiday and Special event periods we may require a deposit of fifty percent (50%) to confirm your reservation. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures and no shows. * Due to Internet Credit Card processing policies the total amount due will be charged when confirming your reservation from our Book Now Button on this web site. If you prefer to leave the 1/3 deposit you can contact us directly at 954-923-0313 to confirm your reservation with the 1/3 Policy. If you do confirm your in fill though our BOOK NOW button in this WEB site and have to cancel your reservation only the amount of the 1/3 or minimum of 1-night will be used to enforce the Cancellation Policy. Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival with an 80% refund. No refunds are given to cancellations made with less than a 30-day notice unless we are able to re-rent the unit at the same rate. If we are successful at re-renting the unit we will refund 80% of your deposit. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures and no shows. We truly regret having to enforce our cancellation policy and try to work with our guests as much as possible to avoid charging cancellation fees. However, because we are such a small property with only 11 Rooms cancellations create a huge financial burden on us. We do our best to encourage only those guests who are confident of their travel plans to confirm their reservation and will happily place a Courtesy Hold on those who are not yet sure.
