We chose Ocean Inn off the internet and were very pleased. Owners gracious and helpful. Room very clean and cute tropical decor. Lovely court-yard and free continental breakfast. No pool but the beach and boardwalk were barely a block away. Would definitely go there again. Good value.

We stayed for Valentines and had the best time. we were pleasantly surprised when we stayed that a large complimentary feast of all kinds of Italian food to celebrate Valentines Day night. The buffet included complimentary wine, beer, water, chicken parm, pastas, salad, and many home made desserts by Scott the owners extended family. There was also a live musician and comedian who played requests all night. The whole hotel was decorated with large inflatable Valentines for the party. To top it off there was even a firework show for all the guest. Scott and the wole staff made us feel so special for Valentines. I do'nt know how a small hotel afforded to put on such a lavish celebration. We will definitely be coming back!

My experience at the ocean inn was wonderful. I cannot say more about the warmth the whole staff showed us. It is the perfect small place that made us feel at home. The courtyard was like a small tropical oasis very relaxing place to read and relax. Great because it was away from all the loud action in the middle of Hollywood Beach, but close enough to walk. Our part of the beach was very nice and secluded though. I must say the rooms were immaculate and we were happy to find a nice breakfast each morning with home made muffins. We were happy to learn they didnt charge extra for high speed wifi like many of the larger chains. also had a fully equipped kitchen which came in handy and saved us a bundle. We had several nice romantic dinners at a fraction of the price because we made them ourselves. Everyone was so helpful and friendly helping us find things to do while on our trip.

First let me say that the staff at the Ocean Inn went out of their way to accomodate us...from Joe at the front desk, to Cline at booking and Pilar the maid...they were all friendly, wonderful and very generous...they couldn't have been more kind to us.
The rooms, although small, were clean...little kitchenettes which we did not use, but were stocked with utensils, plates, etc. if we would have needed them. The small refrigerator came in handy as we bought a case of water and fruit. Bathroom was small as well. Water pressure was awesome!!! They even had complimentary razors and lotion in the bathroom.
The location is fabulous. Very short walk to the broadwalk and beach. About 1/2 hour walk along the broadwalk to Jackson St. where the action is and most of the restaurants/shops. The beach was basically empty in front of the Ocean Inn, which was great! Parking at the Ocean Inn is plentiful as well. Not on the street which I was very happy about.
The continental breakfast was great for the kids...fruit, cereal and muffins...and coffee.
All in all, we were happy with our selection and we truly couldn't go wrong with the deal Cline gave us. Thank you Ocean Inn!!!

We loved this little hotel tucked behind the Boardwalk in Hollywood, Florida. During our stay, the nights were cool; and the windows opened, allowing the breezes to blow right through. It was absolutely luscious!
The courtyard is intimate and a great place to eat the complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel is only a block from the Hollywood Boardwalk, which is beautiful.
