Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival with an 80% refund. No refunds are given to cancellations made with less than a 30-day notice unless we are able to re-rent the unit at the same rate. If we are successful at re-renting the unit we will refund 80% of your deposit. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures and no shows.

All rooms at the Ocean Inn are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard and all adjacent outdoor areas. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be applied to any guest account paid by credit card if, following checkout, if it has been determined by Ocean Inn Management that smoking has occurred in any guest room. Cash paid stays may be required to pay a $150.00 security deposit when checking in.
Only well behaved pets under 40 lbs are welcomed at the Ocean Inn and only one pet per room is allowed. Proof of your pets current vaccination may be required prior to checking in. We do not permit male cats that are not neutered. NO EXCEPTIONS! Documents maybe required. If your pet becomes a nuisance or a danger to the property or any guest you will be asked to remove the pet from the property immediately. We require a $50.00 pet fee for the additional housekeeping to sanitize the room after you depart for the comfort of a guest who may be checking into your room to avoid any alergic reactions. Every guest bringing a pet is reguired to sign a Pet Agrement form. We will be happy to fax or e-mail you this form prior to your arrival.
All rates quoted and listed are for Single or Double Occupancy (one or two guests) in a room; a charge of $10.00 per night or $50.00 per week will apply to each additional guest. Children 2 years and older are considered additional Guests. Children les that 2 year Guests and Visitors are all required to check-in at the front office.

Exceptions may include but are not limited to: Christmas, New Years, Independence Day or Other Special Event periods.
